1 /5 Rhys Downing: Praise to the 2 staff that worked overnight today they’ve been abused by every customer because of the wait time but the store was way understaffed. I patiently waited 50 mins for my order and the staff were great and apologetic, I’m not sure how management didn’t have more than 2 staff on for the long weekend especially very disappointing from them. Again the 2 staff on today (1 from another store) were amazing dealing with the abuse and doing their best to get every order out

5 /5 Lara Lintott: not sure what the girls name is, she has bright red hair and was wearing an AFL hat. she was working at 2:30pm, and she was the friendliest person i have ever encountered who works at mcdonald’s. she was helping in every position at front counter. greeting everyone with a lovely hello, and giving the customers their food ensuring there were napkins in the bag.

3 /5 Aaaa: I came in today and was yelled at by a worker over an incredible mistake and then got zero apology back. I came in to McDonalds happy and ready to greet my friend working. I gave her a hug over the counter and she took my order. we had a chat laughing and messing around with each other before she walked away to work. my other friend then pointed out to her saying, you have ice cream on your shirt in a friendly way letting her know so she doesnt work with ice cream on her. then a random lady from the mc cafe section walks over and tells me "excuse me, dont come in here and talk to my workers like that" and looks me up and down. I then go , thats our friend... the mc cafe worker starts laughing and goes to my friend who works there omg I thought they were being mean. I had gotten my food by that point and so I decided to just walk out as they had been laughing for 10 seconds and not said anything to me. I then did not get an apology after making all of the other workers look at me thinking I was mean, and also the customers. I am disappointed as mc Donalds Chelsea Heights used to be my happy place.

1 /5 Tyler Cooney: i got uber eats from this maccas, they’ve given me such shit food, the nuggets are fried wizard balls, the pattys are so dry, my grandmas skin has more moisture, my chips are cold, the only good thing is my drinks. i’m better off starving than shoving this down my throat.
