S A (Sunshine) Great local pub in The Basin. The small room for private functions is good. Will fit about 25 people, best if you get exclusive use of it though. Foods good pub food. Nice staff too. Suitable for folk in walkers too. Lots of parking around the pub. There’s no disabled parking though.

The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meal. Staff were super friendly and genuinely cared about making the experience great. Perfect place for a chill brekkie or lunch stop — especially after a walk or ride nearby. Will 100% be back!

The Stevo Show My first burger with the lot in Melbourne... Bit different that it had tomato sauce and no beetroot on it but was still good! Hit them up for gravy which they didnt have but they left a nice message on my uber bag. Overall it was an absolutely cracka feed, well done guys!

Stealth Varma Hi This was our first time trying the branch after they changed locations. We started with a delicious pepper chicken starter that had a great taste, followed by chicken karam pulao. The rice was consistent across all the dishes, except for the curries. The customer service was good as well.

Katrinne Topacio Food The presentation of the food was lovely and my first impression was that the servings were generous (I had to takeaway one of the paratha). I ordered a Flat White which was good. I got the paratha (which I always do when visiting Indian restaurants) and this one was absolutely delicious. Perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside. It was paired with the dips and sides which were a little spicy, but that actually worked to my advantage since I prefer a mild kick. I also ordered the Eggs Benedict which tasted great as well. Service The staff were very warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I placed my order around 9:20, and the food arrived in about 25 minutes. I appreciated how attentive the staff were and the server checked in before, during, and after the meal to make sure everything was spot on. Working in hospitality myself, I genuinely appreciate that kind of service. Ambience The space had a cozy, relaxed vibe. It wasn’t overly loud, which made the atmosphere inviting and calm, especially nice for a breakfast setting. Overall Experience I had a really good experience overall with breakfast last 23/10 and I’d definitely come back again to try their lunch menu next time. For me, the tasty food, generous portions, friendly service, and chill atmosphere make it worth revisiting.
