Sebastian Cachart Best parma i have ever had. I usually go to the bar section and order a parma or a burger and i can say its probably the number one parma Ive had. Its cooked just right. Apart from the food the staff are always attentive, helpful and kind. No matter when I go or which server i get they are always kind.

Christopher Jammal With the cost of living crisis and competitive burger landscape in this day and age, ‘Home to Roost’ tantalises the senses but also offers affordability and convenience. I forgot my meal prep today, however my day was made when I remember my trusty chicken burger joint was around the corner. The bun was soft and crunch, the chicken was plentiful and juicy, and the cheese was melted to perfection. Simple, delicious, and large in size. I will be a returning customer.

Nicki A Wow, what a wonderful authentic Italian restaurant! We drove from Yarraville to catch up with our friend who lives in Malvern and had an excellent dinner. Our waitress Violet was excellent throughout the evening - helpful and attentive (particularly with my friend who needed ice for her water). We started off sharing two entrees - whitebait (one of the specials) and a garlic and mozzarella focaccia - both very generous portions and delicious. Main courses we ordered were: (1) fish of the day - wow a whole fish cooked beautifully (2) risotto and (3) grilled calamari - wow, wow, wow, the grilled calamari was amazing - tender, tasty and just incredible - the best I have eaten in Australia. Loved too that you can byo!

Irem Cingoz This church style cafe has not only delicious food but also great vibe! My partner and I went there for a brunch and loved it. We had lamb shakshuka and Tijuana Benny which is their version of eggs benedict. Both were delicious! Will come back again.

Split the Bill Gorgeous cafe in East Malvern. I had the mushroom toast here on a busy Monday morning. It was presented beautifully with a great selection of mushrooms. The coffee was good, service was great, I really love the decor relaxed vibe and courtyard at the back. The perfect location for brunch with mates or a small get together with family and friends.

Mnowar khan A true five-star experience! The service was fantastic and the food was outstanding. The butter chicken paired with rice and naan made for a perfect combination, big thanks to the Chef. They also offerred local beers and have plenty of parking available. Highly recommended for anyone craving great Indian food.

pam phefley Very friendly atmosphere and cases filled with delicious choices of menu items. I had the freshest made Ham and salad sandwich, which was filled very generously. The nicest, strong and hot cup of tea, served in a teapot and china cup. The one man serving, was friendly cool calm and collected in a busy little cafe. I would very much recommend popping in to this little gem.

Vito Butardo The vegetable tofu don is yummy and packed with flavour. Taking the order is quick despite rush hours. The service is likewise quick. The serving size is not as generous but the price is reasonable. I hope they will provide reusable bowls and cuttleroes for dine in options. I love the high chair dining option. The table and chairs uses dark wood that complements the Japanese aesthetics. I can see someone expertly slicing the salmon while I eat, which improves the dining experience. Ill definitely come back if I happen to visit the area.
