1 /5 Motto: Update: The store never returned my voicemail. I contacted Pizza Hut via the link provided below and received a confirmation email. Its been a week and no one has bothered to follow up.
TL:DR—They ignore instructions and food is squashed. Delivery drivers clearly dont care or know how to deliver pizza.
Ordered delivery late at night. Explicitly wrote in the instruction to NOT ring the doorbell as we have a baby asleep. Driver rocked up 10 minutes before the ETA, tracking wasnt working on the app (so I wouldnt have know if its coming earlier); and she decided to ring not once, but three times, in the space of a minute. The entire household awoken, dogs barking and all. Rushed downstairs and was given the food with the top boxes falling to the side because the bottom boxes were squished. Food was ruined, waste of $50 and the entire household is disgruntled from either having the squished food or being woken up.
Immediately called the store and they did not answer, was diverted to voicemail. Will see what they say in the morning...
