1 /5 No Choice: We have been going there for quite some years, and the food was always good and consistent, with hot and generously sized chicken served straight from the frypan, cooked to order.
However, our most recent visit was a far cry from our previous experiance - the chicken in both the wrap and the chicken Caesar salad we ordered were barely warm. When I mentioned this to the staff member, their reaction was indifferent ā they simply couldnāt be bothered.
Looking over at the cooking area, I saw why: the chicken pieces were pre-cooked and just sitting there, waiting for orders. The glass in front of the food preparation bench was not clean, and some of the seating benches were also dirty, with food and grease on them, and no one made any effort to clean it.
I wouldnāt be surprised if such drop in food quality and service is due to the business having changed hands. We wonāt be going back again.
