Jantzen Chee Had the KL tai lok Mee, not too bad, has the taste, but if more pork lard, that would be much better. The portion is not big though.

Jenny Anderson This is an amazing local restaurant! The portions are generous and the food tastes incredible for the price. I have no complaints! The value is outstanding, and I especially love their chicken dish which it’s perfect for my taste. I will definitely be back, and I’m sure it will become my regular spot. Highly recommended!

Amy Lee Delicious restaurant with homestyle Chinese/Canto favourites. Excellent ngau lam, stewed pork, black bean beef hor fun, fried chicken, and sweet and sour pork (proper sauce, no dye in sight). The weakest dish was the tofu and chicken with vegetable - probably wouldnt order this one again, but would happily come back for the rest that we had. Staff very friendly and welcoming to us. In terms of access, good car parking options nearby. My only quibble is that some of our dishes took a little while to come out, but totally understandable as the restaurant was completely full. Well worth the wait - just be advised that it can happen when theyre packed.

Hyemina J Rating was high so I came to try — and now I see why. The food is truly authentic Iranian cuisine, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The vibe isn’t huge or flashy, but it feels classy and refined. Definitely the best Persian restaurant I’ve been to in Melbourne so far.

The pepper sea bass and the black truffle abalone were absolutely outstanding — full of flavor and beautifully presented. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

zozo lu Amazing Korean chicken hotpot! The soup is rich and comforting, perfect for cooler days. Sweet & spicy fried chicken is crispy and flavorful. Loved adding rice and egg at the end to make porridge—so satisfying! Highly recommend.

Ha Thanh Bui Very tasty dishes! They made the food look a lot like fish or pork, very interesting and delicious also. The owners are nice and friendly! Currently, the restaurant is open for dinner only.

Vincent Choi One of the best Thai food, arguably Doncaster. We celebrated our wedding anniversary. Very nice food. We all love it. Only one thing the owner to pay attention is the acoustics of the restaurant need improvement. Place some acoustics panel on the ceiling will help heaps.

Bobo Chan Absolutely loved my experience at Behind Merry! The atmosphere is cozy and thoughtfully designed, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment alone. The food and drinks were beautifully presented and tasted just as amazing – every bite was full of flavour. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. A hidden gem that I’ll definitely be coming back to. Highly recommended!
