kota ford highly recommend Frankies for their amazing hotdogs and thickshakes. the service was a 10 out of 10 and their food quality is amazing. definitely a good stop for something to snack on or for a meal.

MW Had such a lovely experience at The Sprig. I ordered the bream and raspberry crème brûlée — and honestly, the crème brûlée is the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and beautifully done. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made the whole evening even better. Will definitely be back!

jon dewey This place was a prize. I felt like we won the lottery and lived here. Paula and her team made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I had the duck, my bride had the salmon. It was awesome. So good. Get a reservation and go. It’s part of the Bracken Hide hotel.

Joan Brown My husband and I and our adult daughter spent two nights at the Dunvegan. The first night included their wonderful Fire Experience dinner. It was fabulous. Each of our rooms (very well-priced) faced the sea and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The attached bath was small but functional. Although some others have not appreciated the breakfasts, we thought they were wonderful. The homemade granola was the best I’ve ever tasted, and there were meats and cheeses, and all other sorts of breakfast items. In addition to our wonderful stay, there was some question when we returned about charges that were fully investigated and supported by the staff at the hotel. They provided excellent customer service and we were very pleased with the result. I can fully and highly recommend this establishment for both accommodations and food.

no ne This review is for the restaurant only. The five course tasting menu was exquisite. Each dish felt like there were little Scottish treasures hidden in each one. Every course was a wonderful surprise. You will NOT leave hungry so skip lunch on the day of your reservation.

Bradley O Dwyer A very nice pub that you should visit if youre in Uig. Its tastefully decorated, has an authentic old world vibe and is frequented by the locals. The owner Gordon is a warm host and a very funny guy. His taste in music is top ! As i said to him , ill look forward to going back to Uig to burn his ear soon ! Elise Lambert I got curious after reading all those good reviews, and Im definitely not disappointed! Very good pizza, at a very reasonable price. The pizza was made in front of me, and I had a really good chat with the chef! Lots of tomato sauce, which I love, perfectly cooked, it was simply lovely. I really recommend it, both for the nice chef and the great pizza!

Anne Gillard I stayed here for 3 nights and the service I received was 5 star all the way. The Team were all exceptional. Check-in was smooth, efficient, welcoming and friendly. I travelled solo and was made to feel so welcomed in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner. All staff made the time to chat and answer any questions about food/drinks or where to visit locally. I truly can’t thank everyone enough and hope to return. Each member of the Team was exceptional. Chefs table amazing

Melita Aquino I stayed in the bunkbed dorms. The location right on the water is fantastic. The pub food and drink is good with plenty of local liquor options, they also had live traditional music one of the two nights. There were plenty of toilets and showers across the hall from the bunk rooms, and water pressure and temp was good. I didnt use the kitchen other than the mini fridge - there was a fridge per room. I would definitely stay again!

Kelly Liszka My Daughter had a class party this morning and was in a panic as she was in charge of hot chips. I was told by the gentleman over the phone that the fryers are not up and running until 11am. Great Customer service and advised he would turn them on early for her so she wouldnt miss out. Job Well Done!!!!!
