Ali This restaurant is one of my favorites in Melbourne. I bought two biryani plates. One for myself and one for my neighbor. He lost his car in an accident. I hope he will feel some relief tonight. This restaurant is a good solution. If you are busy or dont want to cook, then take away quality food at affordable prices. The restaurant staff are respectful and generous. I always remember to say thanks to God every time I eat food.

Chanuka Karunarathna It is a great place with an amazing atmosphere, something like home away home for us, to enjoy our food, music and hospitality. Five stars for the great people who run the place, they are friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. Something which reminds me of the great Sri Lankan hospitality that we proudly uphold. Food is good, but some devilled items I found too sweet. At least the one I had. But I am sure it depends on the day. Kadala tempered, sizzling sea food platter and hot battered cuttlefish were always winners. Cocktails I felt are a bit pricey but have a great selection at least to try once. I wish they can add some more Wines to the selection. My all time favourite is the Dutch Ceylon Gin - a must try. Overall, it’s one of the best in Melbourne, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

William Rowntree Food was great. Had a late dinner after a long business day. Great deal chicken and herbs were flavourful. Took a while to come out but well worth it. Solid restaurant.

Anand Tasty kebabs and chicken shish kebab with saffron rice. Generous servings of bread too. The best part was the sheer yakh that was really good and not too sweet, similar to kulfi - but not as heavy. However $10 per serve is quite pricey for what it is.

Julia Goh This is one of the best Afghan restaurants we have been. The banquet meal for 4 was a generous serving and the chicken skewers, lamb skewers and lamb cutlet were cooked over charcoal to perfection. The ghormeh sabzi was delicious and the lamb qorma was to die for. We ordered a pot of black tea and the aroma and spice flavour was so well balanced. After we paid our bill, the owner invited us to his bakery next door where we couldn’t resist but to takeaway some yummy sweets and cookies. What a perfect way to end the night!

Grant Keenan Ah the flavours of my youth from growing up in Melbourne. Ive been searching for quality burek for 25 years now since leaving Melbourne and have finally found it. Beautiful flaky pastry with the delicious meat filling! It was absolutely fantastic! I tried it on the Saturday and had to go back on the following day to buy the full size and bring back home interstate. The ladies were lovely on both days. Next visit Ill also be buying the cevapi as well! Update - Ive just come back and ordered two large meat burek to take back to Brisbane and a large chevapi. WOWSERS this place is amazing and a MUST visit!!

Akash Chand Loved this place. The food was super tasty and came out quick, portions were solid, and everything felt really fresh. Staff were lovely and the vibe was chill , perfect for an easy dinner. Definitely coming back!

Padmini Narayanan Absolutely a taste of home. We have tried almost everything on the menu and they are delicious and authentic. Their seafood is particularly worth trying and end the meal with a beautiful cup of kerala tea. Highly recommend

Patasa Mina Absolutely the best naan and bolani in Dandenong! The bolani is crispy and delicious, and the naan is soft and fluffy, just perfect. What really makes this place special is the amazing customer service. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. You can tell they truly care about their customers.

Eja Sycamore We went out for a friends birthday and the drive was gorgeous, beautiful location. Both interior and exterior have beautiful decor, sets a wonderful vibe for a classic English pub. Not a huge wait for the food, flavours were wholesome and wonderful. Pistachio crusted pork with apple and spinach mash was incredible, delicious jus to go with it as well. Pommy Platter was flavourful and gorgeously presented, chips were to die for. Sticky date pudding was probably the best one Ive ever had, soft and sweet and perfectly spiced with icecream to cool your mouth down, piping hot and smells so good. Lemon mirangue pie was a masterpiece, soft and fluffy with a delicious crust. Very very rich, zesty and sweet. Kids ham and cheese pizza was a bit odd though, large slices of ham left whole kind of pulls everything else off when you take a bite and apparently the flavours were a bit off. Moscow Mule slush was refreshing and served very pretty, lemon lime and bitters was fresh and sweet. It was a bit warm inside, not super good temp control so I wouldnt go on super hot day, but other than that a gorgeous place and well definitely come back!
