5 /5 I_M_M: lovely place, good staff and service, always checking and making sure everything is perfect. i got the wagyu and my friend had the porterhouse, both delicious as. we also tried pork ribs, tempted from the taste of the previous order and it was amazing. good atmosphere, friendly staff, efficient service. highly recommend it, will get back, no doubts!

5 /5 Itai Etzman: I have been in Australia for 4 years, coming from South Africa, and the thing I miss the most from SA, is a decent marinated beef ribs! I have tried many different attempts to buy ribs, all with the waiters and chefs promising me Id love them, and all failing my expectation. When the guys at SteakAway promised me the same, I was skeptical. BUT, I was wrong! The beef ribs were bloody amazing! Took me back to my days of enjoy the Grillhouse in Jhb. And for an Aussie steakhouse, the price was pretty decent too! I am so happy that a shop has opened up that actually sells Ribs and Steak the way South Africans enjoy them. And for those of you that miss Spurs onion rings (you know what Im talking about!) These guys make them perfectly. I will definitely be going back for more, and Im sure they will get to know me by name! I need to spread the word so these guys become hugely successful and franchise out!

5 /5 Dreamer The (Feibie): A hidden confusing surprise? Came here with my gym buddy after a hectic warm day followed by flash showers full of bush fire pollutants. At first we were confused and thought we were lost or the map address was wrong but we went inside and found out that there were two traded business names for the same location haha. Glad we decided not to just drive away. Pros: 1. Decor is excellent even if its sorta a semi-industrial look. The establishment has obviously heavily invested in furnishing & decorating the place, at least in my opinion. It doesnt just look good on the surface, it actually is good once you sit down and start to appreciate it. Has indoor and outdoor dining front & back. Toilets are a bit awkward with the location if its raining though haha. 2. Simple looking food but with the quality and taste that sits at the top with more premium dining experiences, not saying that it is a cheap eats location, its reasonably priced actually. Kudos to the chef for the ribs, they were really some of the best in Melbourne, shame I didnt take a photo... 3. Outdoor dining is undercover, "front yard" is particularly charming in my opinion, has a home feel to it. 4. Not many places do shoe string fries, best maccas fries in town. Cons: 1. As mentioned before, toilet location is behind the kitchen area without access within the building. It was raining on the night so theres every possibility of getting wet, HOWEVER, the establishment had plenty of umbrellas available for use if needed. 2. Trying to think of some cons here, only other thing thats remotely even worth mention and Im digging here is kitchen speed. Likely not the kitchens fault itself as it was already a busy night, the staff were very polite and attentive with the enthusiasm to match so it made up for the slow food service.
