Left Bank Melbourne Restaurant & Cocktail Bar - VIC

Eryx Harb Did the bottomless brunch. Super fun and the cocktail just were really nice. We also got to try each of the mocktails and they were pretty good too! The food is also super yummy. My only criticism (which is really a preference) would be that i would have liked small shared meals (like entres or smth) to pick at throughout the experience rather than just 1 meal at the start. Again, a preference but I think it would have made it more fun to share both the drinks and picky bits with friends. But the food they did have was really good.

Dumpling Chef DFO South Wharf - VIC

嘻嘻 They offer a wide variety of choices, including dumplings and buns filled with different ingredients. We asked the lady at the front desk for a recommendation and what her favorite was. She was very friendly and patient, recommending the pan-fried pork buns. So, we ordered the pan-fried buns. The taste was indeed very good, with large fillings and lots of meat. They were even more delicious with dumpling sauce and chili oil. We will definitely go back next time to try dumplings with other fillings.

Goldfields Café and Bar - VIC

Heidy Wandurraga During my recent visit to Goldfields Café & Bar at South Wharf, I was struck by how seamlessly the venue combines relaxed elegance with refined dining; a perfect setting whether you plan to catch up with friends, enjoy a quiet coffee, or share a meal before or after an event. The café’s atmosphere is welcoming yet stylish, reflecting a thoughtful design that encourages both comfort and sophistication. The menu offers a generous variety of well‑crafted dishes and drinks, making it easy to find something both satisfying and tasteful. I appreciated the use of seasonal and locally sourced produce; a feature that gives each plate a genuine sense of place. Their beverage selection is particularly impressive: with wines by the glass, cocktails, and a well‑stocked bar, Goldfields provides more than just typical café fare; it offers a refined dining experience for those who appreciate good food and drink. On this visit, everything; from the comfortable seating to the attentive service, contributed to a pleasant, relaxed experience that felt more like a thoughtful break than a hurried stop. The balance of quality, ambience, and versatility makes Goldfields Café & Bar a standout destination in the South Wharf precinct. This visit reminded me that when a venue pays attention to ambiance, sourcing, and hospitality, even a simple meal can become a memorable and meaningful experience.

Koko - VIC

MelzeC0vEr Wongngamkum We had a wonderful night at Koko celebrating my best friend’s birthday. We were seated at Chef Quan’s teppanyaki table, and the atmosphere was incredibly lively and fun. Chef Quan was engaging, humorous, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. He truly made our night. The food was absolutely delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary birthday treat for my bestie, which was such a lovely touch. A special thank you as well to the two gentlemen sitting near us for the cocktails and cakes. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Overall, an unforgettable evening. Highly recommend!

Waterfront Southgate - VIC

Celine Really lovely restaurant. I came here after going to the aquarium. The bread to start was very squishy and yummy. We had glasses of the cheapest white wine. We also got the fish n chip and a delicious seafood pasta. I had a great time, it’s quite a fancy restaurant but people were dressed pretty casually. You can see the water from the restaurant especially if you sit outside. Great place and highly recommend!

Miss Pearl Bar + Dining - VIC

Matt Emmerson Had a really delicious meal at Miss Pearls that lifted our spirits after a disappointing grand final loss for the Swans. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was fantastic. We had the banquet and were allowed to swap some dishes so that we could try the pork neck. Glad we did and the expresso martini was a good way to end. Will definitely be back.
