Ronny Wijaya Im not sure why the mixed review especially with service, I have a wonderful experience when I actually visit the place. Started from the welcoming waitress which was very very friendly and even reminded me there is this nice app called "pub+" which I could use to collect points and some other offer as we dine in. Thats customer service right there. The place is almost like bistro/pub vibe. But still quite clean. We ordered the rib eyes (med rate) and bbq ribs. Order came through not too long and I can say I really enjoy my rib eye. Cooked to perfection and can see the char and sauce is very tasty too. Missus ordered bbq ribs, i gotta admit it looks a bit pale and need a bit of sauce. The ribs is very very tender but taste wise I think a bit lacking. If they could do flame grill ribs I reckon it would be awesome and if they pair with a nice tangy jack Daniel sauce ooh la la. For dessert we opted the classy choco pudding which I think is quite good. I love it Parking is plenty and the place is quite decent. Definately look forward to be back again if Im craving for steak and hopefully they will consider doing flame grill ribs instead of the regular BBQ ribs

Lily Li New looking cafe more nice after renovation. Coffee still very nice and the owner Linda is very wream, nice to everyone. Also all girls is nice . Give you guys 5 stars.

Eddie Kh My favorite cafe by far. My wife and I have been coming here for over 6 years, and it’s always been consistently amazing. The coffee is great, the food is always delicious, and the staff are truly the best—positive, friendly, and always happy. It’s the perfect way to start the morning. Highly recommend!

Tracey Treloar We dined in on a Saturday night around 8pm. Service was fantastic and quick. There was plenty of service and kitchen staff. The burgers were fresh and tasty and the sweet potato fries really hit the spot. There’s heaps of seating options though it was raining so everyone was seated inside. Parking is a breeze with a large parking lot out the front. The self serve yoghurt section was very popular with a constant line of people getting their fix. The staff were attentive and appeared to be topping up the supplies and assorted toppings regularly and keeping the area clean and free of mess. The restaurant was quite busy and very noisy with toddlers squealing at the tops of their voices and running riot, while their carers seemed oblivious to the noise and disruption. I felt sorry for the staff and fellow diners. Normally the music would mask the high pitch squeals, but it wasn’t pumping like it usually is. As a family restaurant you expect a lot of noise, but this was next level. Not much the staff could do to control the noise but I could have high 5’d the teenager who kept telling the toddlers to shhhhh!

mike parry We are not short of good restaurants up here in the hills, however Pearl Garden in Upwey is excellent. Food quality, value, and service is all you could ask for. The little extras like a complementary shot of port, and the hot towel to wipe your hands make this restaurant just that bit special

Yuliia Wentworth We come there for the first time in closing time, but guys was so good, and stay in restaurant to cook dinner for us only.Food was delicious, services in high restaurant level, get some spectacular desert as completely from shef for our birthday daughter, very welcoming people.Will highly recommend that restaurant !

Rich Browes All three courses were fantastic. Starting with the antipasti, the selection was diverse and fresh, featuring a variety of cured meats, cheeses, and marinated vegetables. The calamari main was perfectly cooked and served with a zesty marinara sauce that complemented the seafood beautifully. For dessert, the beignet was light and airy with a dusting of powdered sugar, while the rum baba provided a rich finish to the meal, soaked in just the right amount of rum syrup. With its charming ambience and impeccable service, this restaurant is a must-visit for Italian cuisine enthusiasts.
