5 /5 Edie Carroll: Wow! Perfect pick your own toppings type yogurt place… the selection of toppings and sauces is vast and far superior to most yoghurt joints… The only thing missing was the hard setting chocolate sauce… please open a store in Port Melbourne!

1 /5 Maj F: As a long-standing customer, I was very disappointed with the customer service at this branch. While ordering, I tried two flavours and noticed the machines produced an unusually watery texture. Despite raising this issue with the staff, there was a clear lack of customer care. The gentleman serving me at the counter did not respond professionally and even rolled his eyes, which was quite surprising and unacceptable. I have never experienced this level of poor service at any other branch. I was told the machines were “fine,” but that sometimes they get hot and produce a less thick texture. Regardless, the product quality was not what I would expect. I also found it disappointing that there was no supervisor on site, and the store appeared to be left to a relatively young crew to manage on their own. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this branch based on my experience.

5 /5 E.D. Yıldırım: Cute little shop in the strip, we usually stop by when we get the chance. Never disappoints and the staff is always really nice. And to the guy that was working there that made my strawberry matcha today, I wanted you to know you made my day. The drink was really nice :-)
