5 /5 Matt Preston: I’ve just finished what was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and that is not an exaggeration. Perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and topped with crispy onion rings that took it to another level. The fries were outstanding too, coated in a beautiful seasoning that I genuinely wish I knew the secret to. To be fair, calling the fries the least impressive part of the meal says more about how exceptional everything else was. What truly set the night apart, though, was the service. Rob absolutely outshone every waiter, waitress, and staff member in the building. In a venue that was absolutely humming late at night, he still managed to deliver next level service. Attentive without being intrusive, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. He checked on us mid meal, brought over water without being asked, helped with sauces, and made sure everything was spot on. Add to that his natural charm and good looks, and it made the whole experience even more memorable. The place was packed, buzzing, and full of energy, which was impressive in itself for that time of night. But after experiencing Rob’s service, it is no surprise at all. With staff like him, this place is only going to get busier. Highly recommend YOMG Berwick. Come for the burgers, stay for the atmosphere, and hope you get looked after by Rob.

1 /5 Victor Tee: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my experience at your store today. ​Looking for a relief from the heat, we ordered the Sky High Waffle Cone promotion, advertised at $6 AUD. Unfortunately, due to the temperature, the yogurt melted almost instantly and began to topple over. When I asked the staff member for assistance and requested a cup to prevent the dessert from falling, I was met with a complete lack of empathy. ​Instead of helping, the staff member informed me that moving the dessert to a cup would mean charging by weight. I was forced to pay an additional $3 AUD just to keep the dessert from falling on the floor. ​Ultimately, I ended up paying 50% more than the advertised promotional price for a "solution" that should have been a basic courtesy. The lack of flexibility and poor customer service turned a fun outing into a very bitter experience. I hope you review how your staff handles these situations in the future.

5 /5 Nishit Parmar: Went to YOMG twice this month and both visits were great. First time was for the frozen yogurt — super fresh, make-your-own bowls, lots of toppings, and not expensive at all. The second time we tried their burgers and chicken tenders, and they were just as good. Consistently great food and definitely worth going back

1 /5 dushanka 466: I am an Uber driver. Today at 11:25 AM, I arrived at this restaurant to pick up an order. I showed the order details to a staff member, but she appeared indifferent and did not take the request seriously. Despite waiting approximately 15 minutes, no action was taken. When I approached her again, she chose to speak with another staff member instead of checking the order in the system. After an additional 10 minutes of waiting, I showed the order details once more. Only then did she check the system and hand over the order. The item was a single tart, which required no preparation and could have been packed within a few minutes. A total of 30 minutes of my time was wasted unnecessarily. This experience was extremely disappointing and demonstrates a lack of respect toward delivery drivers, as well as poor customer service standards. I raise this as a serious concern, and I strongly believe this situation requires immediate improvement.

5 /5 Ben Carr: The Winner Winner chicken burger lives up to its namesake. I added beetroot but $17 for a very good burger is great. The onion rings were also hot, crispy and melt in your mouth. Service was also very good.
