4 /5 Damien Rajakaruna: The food we get here is usually decent, but this time is the second time that we bought the chicken tandoori and it has again just been very dry. I’m not too sure if they keep this in a hot oven for a long time while it sits for someone to buy it, but it is always very dry for a tandoori chicken. Please Improve this. atmosphere is dead inside the shop, Need some lighting and music because there’s nothing going on in this restaurant. Quiet depressing. Gave 4 starts because I like supporting locals but this restaurant has to try harder lol

1 /5 Ibrar Ahmed: I ordered mutton biryani from this restaurant, but it was extremely disappointing. The mutton was dry, burnt, and tasted terrible, while the rice was plain, dry, and seemed like boiled white rice rather than biryani. I would never recommend this biryani to anyone, it was the worst biryani experience of my life. Not worth it.

2 /5 H Shah: Terrible customer service. I’m usually all for local business but these guys aren’t worth it with their “if you don’t like it, don’t come” attitude instead of taking constructive feedback and rectifying any issues. Firstly, they cancelled our online order 5 minutes before it was time to pick it up. When I called to ask why, I was told they couldn’t fulfil part of my order. I was already nearly there, they could have called me to let me know or ask if I’d like an alternative. Secondly, our chaat was seriously lacking in sauces. Whilst at the store I pointed it out and was told no it’s in there. Once home I opened it up and it was so dry, especially the papri chaat. We called to complain and was told well that’s how it is, no resolution offered. I had to make up my own yoghurt, chutney & tamarind combination to add, which was the effort I was avoiding by buying instead of making at home. The rest of their food may be good, we’ll never know because the poor customer service is a deterrent in itself.

1 /5 Wahid Bin Sakib: I ordered biryani from here, but it was very bad. The rice was dry, the taste was poor, and the portion was small. Totally not worth the money I’m disappointed.

2 /5 jay jay: Ordered chicken briyani their mild spice is v spicy. So much spice that you cant taste the briyani. Usually briyani is not this spicy, not for kids n ppl who eat less spice. Bought cheese naan, the naan is nice but dont feel the cheese in it.
