2 /5 H Shah: Terrible customer service. I’m usually all for local business but these guys aren’t worth it with their “if you don’t like it, don’t come” attitude instead of taking constructive feedback and rectifying any issues.
Firstly, they cancelled our online order 5 minutes before it was time to pick it up. When I called to ask why, I was told they couldn’t fulfil part of my order. I was already nearly there, they could have called me to let me know or ask if I’d like an alternative.
Secondly, our chaat was seriously lacking in sauces. Whilst at the store I pointed it out and was told no it’s in there. Once home I opened it up and it was so dry, especially the papri chaat. We called to complain and was told well that’s how it is, no resolution offered. I had to make up my own yoghurt, chutney & tamarind combination to add, which was the effort I was avoiding by buying instead of making at home.
The rest of their food may be good, we’ll never know because the poor customer service is a deterrent in itself.
