loomibiq A great gym with a friendly atmosphere. Has enough equipment to meet my needs. I like how the roller door opens and the fresh air comes in when I’m training. Would never get this in a bigger gym close to the city.

Claire Nimmo Darcy has been my go-to physio for the past couple of years, helping me manage and overcome ongoing back pain. I joined the group physio classes and have never looked back. I feel stronger than ever. The team is incredibly caring, client-focused and always provide the best advice. They constantly adjust and progress the exercises, challenging muscles I didn’t even know I had! She understands the building blocks of core strength, deep muscle stabilisers and flexibility required to achieve optimal function and great outcomes for her clients. I highly recommend her.

Helen Oakey Love working out at this friendly studio - it’s Bikram plus so many more options - 60 min Bikram, pilates, and yoga with cardio. It’s like a gym membership but much, much nicer, and much…. well, hotter! Lots of class times to choose from makes it’s easy to be flexible and fit things in around your day.

Rebecca Watson I have nothing but positive words to say about Nicole at The Wellness Shack! I have been seeing her weekly for the last few months due to an injury and one that other treatments did not help! My Pilates sessions made a difference instantly and we are now continuing on with strengthening. Nicole certainly knows her stuff, she’s so personable and the professional and homely environment make my visits very relaxed and an enjoyable hour for myself! Highly recommended!!
