The nails you applied were of extremely poor quality, were uneven I am requesting the immediate removal of the nails and a full refund, as I paid for a high-quality service that was not delivered. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my negative experience on social media platforms, including Instagram. 5 /5 Therese Miave: Hanny did such an amazing job on my nails! Looks like I got a Russian manicure but she is just amazing at her work and is very careful and precise. I always go to her to get my BIAB done!!

2 /5 Sarah Gosling: So disappointed given the outstanding reviews. I guess it depends who does your nails. But multiple things led to me leaving this negative review. 1. I arrived for my 9am pre booked appointment and nobody was there, the first staff member didn’t arrive to open the salon until 9.05. 2. 4 of my cuticles were cut to the point of bleeding, my cuticles were stinging for days and now they are in horrible condition. Photo for reference of my healthy cuticles before, then the day after, and now peeling one week later. 3. I was charged $61 and I had booked an acrylic infill with shellac and chrome. Which is more than I’d normally pay for a full set.. which makes me assume I was over charged? Nail’s themselves look great, which is why I gave 2 stars. But I wouldn’t go back because my poor cuticles were painful for days!

5 /5 annie: This is my favourite salon to visit and get my nails and pedicure done ever. The staff they always so nice and welcome and did the best job with my nails !!! This is my recent set for Lunar New Year, from the shape to design it’s absolutely amazing !!

3 /5 A C: The nails are definitely cute but the overall sevice/staff Im a bit disappointed. I came in a little after 4pm straight from work with my friend and we were told to wait 30 mins (fair enough, Idm waiting) but when we came back we didnt get seen right away, instead in the middle of doing a set for someone else I had one of the ladies come and start doing my friends nails then go back anf fourth between, me, my friend and another girl getting her nails done. I didnt have a consistent appointment as I had 3 different ladies do my nails, and each time one of the finished, the other would come and file or drill over something and kept redoing things. Not only that but I asked for coffin nails... I somehow left with square. Workers got annoyed everytime I asked for shorter nails or asked to file a little more. Got French with chrome and the white lines for the French tips are not even and slightly lopsided. May come back to get a very plain set but will stick with going to single nail artists working from home. Paid $80, dont know if thats the standard price these days but Ive paid the same for a lot more intricate designs from other nail artists.
