Natasha Younger I am so thrilled that Diggers Rest finally has a Pilates studio with lots of different options to suit everybody’s needs! The studio has such a welcoming vibe, the instructors are so friendly & I always leave with my body feeling that little bit stronger each time. The on demand kiosk option is a game changer, being able to rock up when I’ve got time & choose a class that will benefit me is perfect! I always look forward to my next visit & I highly recommend this studio for anyone who wants to move their body in a safe & comfortable space.

Anytime Fitness - VIC

Hassan Beydoun Walked into Anytime Fitness Sunbury thinking I’d just do a light session. First thing I see is a bloke deadlifting enough weight to tow a caravan. I panic and pretend to stretch for 15 minutes so I don’t embarrass myself. Eventually I touch a dumbbell — instantly feel stronger. Some lady walks past and says, “Good job!” I hadn’t even lifted it yet. Motivation skyrocketed. I hit one set of bench, feel like The Rock, then nearly tear my soul trying to re-rack the bar. Staff were legends though — didn’t laugh (too loud). By the end of the session, I was walking out like I owned the place — arms slightly bent, chest out, protein shaker in hand. My only complaint? The mirrors are too honest. 10/10 gym. Smells like hard work and pre-workout.

Studio 47 Pilates - VIC

Julz Demase I’ve been going to the new Oak Park studio and loving it! The sessions are genuinely suitable for ALL levels and the instructors are so welcoming, friendly and experts at their trade. Cannot recommend highly enough!
