Nick W A fantastic swim school with heart and integrity. My son was basically aquaphobic and with their support he is aquaphilic! Loves it. My daughter has always loved swimming and she thrived under their guidance at holiday swim programs and then in weekly classes. They have lots of swim stuff for sale, as well as snacks, drinks and treats for sale. A great school with small classes and invested teachers. A quality flexible program for all young swimmers. Lots of parking too!

Paige Wills Frost Fit is the most welcoming gym and has the best vibe. I started going 6 months ago and can say this is the longest I’ve stuck to any program. This is all because these guys know their stuff, are super friendly and their commitment to everyone’s individual fitness goals blows me away. Would recommend them to anyone.

Patrik Giles Ive only been training here a few months (before covid) but I can already feel that the gym has a great community and people oriented feel. Coaches are really helpful and the curriculum is excellent. 11/10!

Matt I’ve been part of the BFT Boronia community for over a year now and absolutely love it. The trainers are awesome, everyone’s super friendly and supportive, and it just has such a good vibe. Could not recommend it highly enough!

Karin Schwarz Curves Ferntree Gully is a great way to exercise and get fit. Lovely bunch of ladies; coaches and patrons alike!. Always time for a chat or just workout hard. And you can join in the circuit whenever it suits you, no timetables or overfilled classes. And there is always a coach there to motivate and help you reach your goal. Highly recommend you try it out if your not already doing Curves!
