5 /5 Mona Elmoustafa: I’ve been a client here for about a year and the overall experience is worth every penny. The girls are lovely and each session I meet a new girl who is just as kind as the last. I’ve Just had my full body laser session with Jacinta and she was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she’s really passionate about what she does and truly cares about her clients. She made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. Honestly, 10/10—highly recommend her!

She did a great job at introducing the new machine to me and informing me about the other services provided at the clinic. All of the staff I’ve met over the past year are super welcoming and lovely and I will definitely continue to get their treatments in the future. Thank you guys for your splendid service!

5 /5 Beyza: Sofia is very thorough, sweet, has great customer service and has an amazing flow when doing laser. She always ensures i am comfortable. Also very quick and efficient. On my fourth session and very happy so far with her work :)

5 /5 Husneay Ahmed: I’ve had a great experience at AK skin and am seeing great results with the Candella! A massive shout out to Serene for making me feel comfortable and giving me the confidence to do certain areas of my face and body that I was hesitant to do and suggesting plans and time gaps that would work best with what I needed according to me. She booked my sessions in advance around my availability and although the location is so far from me, her willingness to make sure this work out for me, her warmth and professionalism (and ofc AK’s great aestheticians) is the real reason I’m coming here!! Customer service is definitely a make or break for any business even if their results are good and I think this business definitely gets this! Great job by the owner Fatima :)
