1 /5 Sandra Mylordou: Was made to wait 30 minutes, with absolutely no regard (or consideration!) for the fact that I had booked an appointment. I wasn’t even informed about the delay, until 15 minutes passed and I asked what was going on, and how long it would be until I was seen to. They only then informed me it would be another 10-15 minutes. Worst customer service I’ve encountered yet.

3 /5 Michelle Jarni: Hit and miss. Ive been going to this salon for the last year and for months it was great but recently its been pretty disappointing. No matter how booked they are they keep letting more and more people in which means those with appointments have to wait longer too. It takes me at least 1.5hrs to get my shellac mani done. The last few times its been a rough job and the polish seems to have discoloured within a day too. When it is good, Ive loved my nails but its not guaranteed lately.

1 /5 Ruby McGlashan: I don’t normally post reviews but I really felt I had to in this case. I came in today to get my nails done, simple refill of shellac. Seated, easy, fine. I the woman who started my nails know that there might be a few weak ones that would need replacing and also that I had a little cut on two of my fingers on my left hand and if she could please be gentle…… The filing began fine, although a little they used a technique I hadn’t seen before but whatever. My left thumb nail acrylic topping came off, which was fine but my nail underneath ended up being shorter than the other nails which mentioned and they said I wouldn’t need a tip added onto it but I asked for one, and they huffed and puffed about it - even thought the nail was substantially shorter than the others. Then, whilst filing my nails they were so rough with my fingers, continuously over the same spots of my skin that I started to bleed and I asked for them to be more careful. Not one minute later she goes back to the same spot with the same amount of vigour, causing me to cry out and yank my hand away. The whole experience was so awful that I actually ended up crying, in the seat, whilst still getting my fingers butchered, and it wasn’t until the woman next to me getting her nails taken off, asked if I was okay that the woman doing my nails noticed. My technician was obviously was embarrassed and asked if I was okay but I literally didn’t have the capacity to tell her she was the one making me cry… Anyway long story short… nails look okay but a lot shorter than I asked for, skin around nails is not okay I wouldn’t recommend this salon unfortunately, sorry!

2 /5 Louise Hooton: Not one to enjoy leaving negative reviews on here but I have tried this place multiple times and they often say yes to walk in’s, but then you’re waiting 30-40 minute for them to start on your service, alongside that they often are saying yes to multiple people even if there’s only 2/3 staff so they’re outnumbered, therefore causing them to rush and often not do the full service and ensure it’s done professionally and they will still charge you the full price. It’s really disappointing and I’m only writing this because I hope the owner takes this feedback and stops understaffing and encouraging them to take on more customers than they have the time for - this results in customers having their time wasted and not receiving a professional final product of the service they’re paying for. I walked in today for a pedicure and it took nearly an hour and a half from the point of sitting down, waiting and having it done. I noticed they left out doing certain aspects of the pedicure because they were rushed and you are made to feel uncomfortable if you ask them to redo something. This is maybe the 4th time I have encountered this same problem, I won’t be returning again sadly. To the owner: please staff your venue correctly and help your team learn to communicate timeframes and manage bookings, so that customers coming in are getting what they are paying for and not a rushed service. Thank you.
