Hustle Mornington - VIC

Jayde Stegehuis Hustle is amazing! The workouts are 30 or 45 minutes and I always leave feeling like I’ve pushed myself to the limit. Ana is very knowledgeable and encouraging, making sure everyone has proper form and stays motivated. The class variety is fantastic, and each session is different, so I never get bored. The vibe here is so energising and supportive—I’ve seen real progress since joining! Highly recommend to anyone looking to get stronger, faster, and fitter.

Mandy Collins I have been a member of Ufit for about 2 1/2 years. Emma is the best trainer ever. Her programs are always fresh, challenging and enjoyable. She has immense knowledge of exercise physiology, can provide individual programs adjusting to injuries and conditions, especially associated with aging Emma is a warm friendly person who always makes me feel welcome. Emmas program has been a decisive factor in my locating to Mornington to live. She has been wonderful.

Base Camp Strength & Conditioning - VIC

Shona Pallas After being away for a few years due to injury, coming back to Base Camp (although it’s still body change to me) felt like coming home. It’s so inclusive and welcoming. Everything is tailored to your circumstances and although there are a lot of ultra fit people attending (and they are my inspo), there is still a place for a 48yo with limited fitness base and a significant foot injury. Tim and Kass, thank you, you’ve created an amazing community and both Milla and I are excited to be a part of it.

Bay View Reformer Pilates 24/7 - VIC

Murray Squire Love the flexibility of doing a Pilates session any time of the day rather than having to book in weeks in advance. Studio is immaculately clean and reformer beds well maintained. Huge amount of virtual instruction sessions available. Pilates much more enjoyable than going to the gym. Keeps your body supple and improves fitness.

Christina Magias Jess is an incredible inspiration who picked me up whilst I was feeling weak and recovering after chemotherapy. Jess got me back into fitness, has me feeling strong, and improving my bone health with extensive weight training. I would highly recommend Jess for a wonderful pt that makes you feel empowered, strong and is always teaching me improved form and keeping me on track with my heath and fitness!
