I also appreciate all the little touches such as the herbal heat pad and warm neck towel that show her attentiveness to the client experience and comfort. You can be reassured that you are in good hands with her.

Although the salon was technically closed, the wonderful manager went above and beyond by doing a beautiful on-the-spot hair up for me. It turned out absolutely perfect and really made my night! Im so grateful for her kindness and generosity in helping me out at the last minute. Highly recommend this salon for their exceptional service!

They did exactly as I asked, colour matching my toenails, giving me the ombre i wanted, even reshaping my nails to a more natural shape.
