1 /5 Kristy Davies: Tayla was great! Shes always friendly and professional. The services has always great and the staff a lovely. Been going here for many years. Sadly, as a discount offer wasnt honoured (on 3 different visits) I wont be returning back. There were no terms and conditions which made it hard to know the finer details for the offer and made the store able to adjust their prices as they wanted. *Edited* As you can see, the business didnt reply to the positive part of my review, only focused on the negative part - not very professional. As for me "cracking the $hits over $27" is not professional at all! Its actually very rude! As for not reacing out to you private before posting this review, I did!! As well Ive sent an email and got nothing back. Maybe next time add terms and conditions to an offer.

Leonnie was very gentle and explained each step during the procedure which alleviated my anxiety as this is my second time to have waxing procedure done. The place is clean and hygienic. Staff presented and acted in a very professional manner. Will definitely come back here again for another session.
