5 /5 Grant Angus “ang”: Look Ive got to say, first of all, great spot. I really cant fault this as a spot, a place to look and see the river, look up, look around, to really feel what it means to be a melbournian. Is this place any better than any other place? Is it possible to really see this as a specific place in any way beyond this exact Google maps listing, and to then compare it to other non-listed places nearby without a bias stemming from the listing itself? Hard to know 5 stars cheers

4 /5 sventek: A spot you can chill out at thats away from the usual large crowds that walk by the Southbank Promenade. There is a bench you can sit on too if being too close to the water isnt your thing. You can watch the trams, trains and traffic walk by above you on all the bridges, and ducks and boats on the river.

4 /5 Sean Nairn: Not so much a lookout as a path that runs below the level of the main Yarra Promenade and is right next to the river. It is generally quieter as the crowds tend to stay up top so you will find some solitude here. Plenty of food and drink options nearby and lots of transport available.

1 /5 sassafras gallus: I would rather convert to agriculture than spend one more second of my pathetic life standing here looking at the yarra river.
