Melinda Phyland I cant speak highly enough of my experience at Parkdale Dentist. From the moment I first spoke to Carolyn at the front desk, her warmth and kindness were the deciding factor in not only booking an appointment but also transferring my records. She truly made the process easy and welcoming. Every practitioner I met was very professional, gentle, and informative. I never felt rushed. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel informed and at ease throughout what is always a little nerve racking! The clinic itself is immaculate and modern, with excellent facilities all on-site. In the past I’ve had to source scans and extractions elsewhere. Its clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a space that is both highly professional and genuinely friendly. All my appointments were always on time, and I even received a follow-up call to check in after my visit; a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. MrChev Due to a traumatic full upper and lower restoration carried out overseas which went terribly wrong and lasted only 4 months had given me a terrible fear of visiting the dentist, the pain I felt once back in Australia only a few months later was the most excruciating pain I have ever felt and I have broken my arm 3 fingers collar bone and shattered a knee so Im used to pain but I was in agony and 2x 80mg OxyContin did nothing to help . Ruya Mimtas First visited the clinic due to having a toothache and wanted a thorough clean as well. Dr Erciyas was great at finding what the ache came from and was able to inform me in a way that I would understand. Recently returned to the clinic to remove all 4 wisdom teeth by Dr Atilhan who was amazing at guiding me through the appointment and providing helpful aftercare. Making it a smooth recovery with no damage. Enise the receptionist is so attentive & willing to answer questions through a phone call to confirm my appointment. Enise & Ceyda are both so friendly and kind.
