1 /5 Danielle: I was really excited to find this place based on the reviews, although I had a really disappointing experience here. After paying $100 my nails lasted one week. I contacted the owner about my nails that had lifted in every single corner of the base, by week two a few nails had completely lifted from the base and were hanging on. I asked if she would just take them off asap (to avoid ripping my actual nail off and infection) and /or refund my money, but I was told no because “it had been two weeks” ???I was told these nails should last 4 weeks. I didn’t want her to redo my nails as I didn’t want the same thing to happen again, and they would have broken off or gotten infected by the time she could book me in. Pretty poor customer service, and disappointing nails. *the pictures are from when I was getting them removed. You can see the lifts and the damage on my ring finger from where the gel lifted off.
