Bianca Francis Esther is such an inspiring and knowledgeable yoga teacher! Her Yoga Esseentials Workshop was perfect for beginners and those progressing on their Yoga journey alike. Her workshop provided a safe space that encouraged and answered any questions that popped up as we explored fundamental asanas (yoga poses) in their English and Sanskrit names, importance of breathe, alignment and the movement from asana to asana and much more! Her teaching style is clear, encouraging and deeply rooted in her genuine passion for Yoga. Esther’s Hatha Yoga classes held at Blackmat are so nourishing for the mind and body. If you are thinking about booking a workshop, yoga class or any other of Esther’s offerings, don’t hesitate!
