The venue is easy to find with plenty of street parking available, and the space itself is presented nicely, creating a calm and relaxing ambiance from the moment you step in. Brooklyn, the technician and operator, was outstanding – professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the procedure. I’ve done the treatment twice, three weeks apart, and by the second appointment, I already noticed a visible difference in my appearance and but more importantly, the measurements! I didn’t experience any discomfort during and post the procedure. I was back to my usual exercise routine the next day without any issues. During the 90 minutes at BM Aesthetics, Ellie provided detailed massages, including for the head, eyes, shoulders, neck, and arms, and also used a muscle manipulation stick for relaxation, which was very effective. The Chinese herbal head steam at the end was also amazing. The service is incredibly affordable, making it a great deal! I’ve already bought half-price vouchers for my family and look forward to my next appointment!

She doesn’t try and sell you services that you don’t need like other salons. She is honest with what results you may achieve. The salon is very clean and well presented. I was worried at first about the location but parking was ok with heaps of street parking. Very easy to find. Highly recommend.
