I had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience which was made even better by the most amazing job. My eyebrows have never looked better and the lady did a sensational job with my lash lift. I’m already looking forward to my next experience at brow theory.

5 /5 Priya Wright: Lucy is a SUPERSTAR! The technician did an amazing job and I’ve never had a lash lift look so perfect before and it was a comfortable experience. My lashes are quite short and I’ve never felt prettier. Lucy really knows how to make you feel welcomed and to feel relaxed! Would come again

2 /5 thalia hatzis: I normally dont leave reviews for places but I was not impressed with my experience when i when to brow theory to get a lash lift, the receptionist was super helpful and nice compared to the lash technician who seemed inexperienced and unprofessional, as it was my first time getting a lash lift (they knew this) the technician failed to communicate whatsoever and left me in the chair for over 10 mins with no warning ( I couldnt open my eyes so i was unaware of where she went) , she just walked off. I didnt know what to expect from the results but saw little to no difference after the lash lift, I honestly could not tell a difference at all. When the lady told me that we were finished she showed me in the mirror and couldnt see a change, once I got home I had to go right up to the mirror to see the slightest lift at the very tips of my lashes. I wish that the lash lift had turned out better as I saw so many amazing reviews but was not impressed, I may have just gotten unlucky with an inexperienced technician but overall disappointed.

5 /5 Eryn Rizzi: Ok so … I usually head to QVC for my amazing brow clean up however, as my fav person is no longer there (such a heartbreak as it took me years to find someone!), I thought why not give this brow boutique a shot as they do threading (most places still do waxing yikes!!!). Amen! I’m seriously so so happy - they booked me in with this lovely woman, Pam, who asked me immediately, ‘what are you looking for exactly?’ I explained what I wanted and NOT wanted and she seriously got it! In less than 15 mins, my brows looked like they should have their own beauty spread mentioned in VOGUE and … I even had my upper lip cleaned up, all in the 15 mins! No ouch, no redness, no pain just beautiful smooth Aloe Vera cooling skin! Thank you Pam see you soon.
