1 /5 Gabrielle Umali: I’ve contacted this lash tech last yr first week of december to get my lashes and brows done for a photoshoot. First impression with her home studio set up, not very organised, no air conditioning. Before we start the service I’m getting she told me 125$ for lashes and brow lami. Long story short after the service I asked her how much she said 175$ I told her that’s not what she said before we start. Before I left her place she said let her know if I need to change anything and she’ll happy to do it. The next day after photoshoot I told her that the lashes look thin, she said she can make it thicker. But from December 6 till 28 of December she just keep making excuses and didn’t do anything with my lashes tho I offered that I can pay coz’ she said she’ll do it with no cost. Don’t get me wrong I am very much understanding if it’s busy or if something came up and if you’re sick. but don’t give your customers false hope rather be honest to them or say “You can book for a full price” if you’re not happy to do it for free. I hope that this won’t happen again to any girls especially during holiday season. Thank God I found an amazing lash tech in Endeavour Hills.
