5 /5 Suzan Capun: BSH is now under new management and the new owners are so lovely and welcoming. I recently went in for a pedicure, upon arrival I was greeted by Kathy who was so friendly. I was seated and was also given a bottle of water which I think is a nice touch. It was by far the best pedicure I have ever had. I know the old owners had a bad reputation but please give the new owners a go, they are really amazing.

1 /5 priya rani: I don’t have any expectations of local nail salons when it comes to service. staff is very very roude behaviour, I am not happy this service. We are very bad experience this salon. However this place was beyond rude. Four female staff socialised, laughed and did each other’s nails as I sat there she would just tap my hand for a change over. No eye contact either. Not a single word to me other then “pay now” As I said no expectations.

1 /5 Anushee Haque: Completely overpriced for okay pay off. Horrible service and attitude from the ladies who work here as well. Out of all the places I have been to, this one has by far been the worst. My mom had a surgery on her shoulder 2 weeks ago, and thus cannot do both hands. She was feeling a bit down about her nails so we decided to have a girls pamper day to cheer her up. We predefined a design in advance and we went for acrylic refills with a heart design on the nails (pictured). The overall experience of getting them done by the girl was mediocre, she did find the way my hands were sitting in hers annoying and had to roughly adjust me a number of times. I’ve had a couple burns around the cuticle where she used the drill, which hurt. I had flinched a couple of times but she didn’t acknowledge it and continued doing her work. One it was all done, we were surprised when the bill for my mom’s ONE hand came down to $45. When asked about how they came to that price, they mentioned that refills are $30 and for design, an extra $15. Then they stated the price for my acrylic refills, and it was $65 for both hands. The math was not adding up for us, we asked why they charged my mom $15 extra and me just $5 when we have the exact same design and colour? The girl at the register fumbled and struggled to answer our questions and started to give us nasty looks with horrible attitude saying we have to pay that amount. It was daylight robbery. Nevertheless, we will not be returning to this nail salon ever again, and you shouldn’t either.

1 /5 Melissa Do: I used to come here all the time Waa great recently stopped by showed my inspiration photo the lady couldnt do it wasnt happy with the length the lady had very bad attitude even after I tried to communicate and tell her what I wanted she came off very rude Honestly hire people the care about their clients not just get the money and hurry you out even the thumb nail as the acrylic grew out its actually not even straight its slanted! Very dissapinted as I used to love coming here but I think all the old workers are gone you really need a hard check on your workers
