5 /5 sventek: Beautiful area, definitely worth visiting even if the stairs to climb up inside the lighthouse is closed. Walk through behind the lighthouse for a beautiful, calm and refreshing lookout. Free parking available. Public toilets near car park area.

5 /5 Kessara Unthuraloet: Absolutely stunning coastal views! The rugged cliffs, powerful waves, and deep blue ocean make Cape Schanck a breathtaking spot to visit. The boardwalk down to the viewing platforms offers incredible scenery, and the lighthouse adds a touch of history to the experience. The fresh sea breeze and the sound of crashing waves make it a perfect escape into nature. Highly recommended for a peaceful and scenic day trip!

5 /5 Chris Bray: Fantastic views from here and a great little tour as well. The tour guide absolutely knew what she was talking about and made the whole experience fascinating and educational. Definitely worth visiting and doing the tour up the lighthouse. The views from the top are also amazing and the distance you can see is quite incredible.

5 /5 C J: Plenty of parking if you arrive nice early. Two great walk options to spectacular scenery. Be prepared for some steps - there are heaps but absolutely worth the effort. Youll love it. Be mindful of tides when you get to the bottom. The walk around the cliff abutment has rich pools and crashing waves but its tidal for access. Enjoy

3 /5 Lilly: It says the cape is open from 6am-6pm, but when I arrived there at 5pm on Sunday, it’s already closed. Very disappointed. Although the view is nice, but you can’t watch the sunset if the path to the cape is closed. As you can see from the photo, it’s covered by the cape. I’ll probably try again when it’s not weekends and arrive there earlier. I’m curious about the museum.
