I was very nervous as it was my first time, all for nothing as Sumi made me feel relaxed and explained every step to me. The process was not as long as I expected it would be and the end result was absolutely Amazing. Thank you Sumi, you are absolutely highly recommended.

This was my third visit, and after the service I received, I can confidently say I’m never going anywhere else again. Suman truly went above and beyond. She transformed my long, over-processed hair with a flawless blonde colour, followed by a beautiful restyle cut, blow-dry and styling. She also provided expert facial and brow waxing, and a full professional makeup application that left me feeling completely refreshed and confident. The results were incredible, and the service was warm, patient, and professional from start to finish. On top of that, this salon is so affordable. it cost only half of what I used to pay at my previous regular salon, and far more affordable than the three other once-off salons I’ve tried in the last two years. (And the makeup wasn’t even part of the service I paid for at any of the past recent salons!) Suman also made time on ANZAC Day, no less, to colour, cut, and style my mum’s hair, as a walk-in first-time customer, even without an appointment. I have no doubt that she did this as a gesture of kindness because Ive become such a loyal customer. And my mum, who is famously particular and had been priced out of our previous hairdresser, was absolutely rapt with the result. She loved the cut and colour, appreciated the care and attention to detail, and was blown away by the affordability. Suman is not only a highly skilled hairdresser and makeup artist, but also a generous and dedicated professional who genuinely cares about her clients. She stayed open well past closing time to accommodate my full service - and never once rushed or cut corners.
