The experience I have had with the wonderful team at Charles Sheridan Orthodontics Cranbourne has been incredible. The kindness and warmth spans right through the business from the receptionists to the hygienists and the dental assistants, you are made to feel so welcome and comfortable every visit! Charlie is extremely talented and I couldn’t recommend him more for your orthodontic journey!

5 /5 Dr. Jodi Richardson: Dr. Charlie was highly recommended to us by a family who had one, and now have two children receiving orthodontic treatment. From our initial appointment and every appointment since, our sons treatment has been exceptional. Our daughter had her braces fitted last week and shes receiving the very same kind, lovely, expert care from the whole team. I could not recommend Dr Charlie and his wonderful team more highly.

1 /5 Anna George: Took 6 months to get a consultation for my 10 year old son. Apparently no need for any treatment for years and no expansion necessary and will have a review a year later at age 11.5. Absolutely gross assessment of my son!!! He is in need of so much expansion with severe malocclusion. Here is what someone who took the time to properly analyse my son and inform our family. “Crowding misalignment, bite crossing of some of the teeth and imbalance of the jaws. Further analysis revealed the facial growth to be off the ideal forwards and upwards path resulting in these distortions. It is expected there will be future crowding of some permanent teeth and restrictions in overall tongue and airway space due to the displaced jaws and dental arches.” I already knew this though because of my own family history and experience so I knew Charles was inaccurate in his assessment. So I’m getting MANY other professional opinions and they are so much more enlightening. But hey I’m sure Charles does great work if all you need is straightened teeth. But that’s the extent of his expertise. Charles…you should have referred us to someone more knowledgeable. You have wasted valuable treatment time for us.
