1 /5 bon kuy: This salon butchered my hair See pictures below: I went into Charlie bean for a cut. I needed about an inch taken off so my hair was the same length as a hair piece. The stylist not only cut my hair a few inches shorter than the hair piece id asked her to match it to, but the cut was jagged & uneven. There were strands that were not even cut & left hanging. I did not realise how uneven it was until I had numerous people ask me that evening what had happened to my hair & why it was so uneven. The next morning I straightened it & saw how uneven the hair was. When I contacted Selena she stated that because my hair was curly the cut would never be straight. I sent her photos & she has not acknowledged how unacceptable this cut is. She did offer for me to go back & she would try & fix it. Obviously I would not be crazy enough to go back to this place & let them re butcher my hair so I asked for a refund so I could get it remedied elsewhere. Ive had no response to this. The next day i went to another salon. The other salon was horrified with the cut & said it was so crooked and different lengths from one side of my head to the next & it had been cut in an angle that left my hair looking frayed. Thankfully this other salon did a great job trying to salvage the mess made by Charlie bean. The stylist took the following photos to show me exactly how uneven & unprofessional the cut was. Do not go to this salon if you care about what your hair looks like as you could end up with a cut like this! These photos were taken by a different salon 2 days after my hair cut at Charlie bean to show how they had butchered my hair. The first photo is of the back of my hair & you can clearly see a difference in length on each half of my head. The second & third photos shows how jaggard the cut was & several groups of strands left completely untouched with some strands nearly 3 inches longer than the rest of the cut. Honestly I think a preschooler could have done a better job. No apology or acknowledgement from Charlie bean despite sending them these pics. Do not trust this business. I believe the stylists name was Ellie.

I wasnt warned that they would be unable to achieve the results shown in reference images - my hair turned out yellow/orangey as opposed to the reference images I provided (pink). I was also unhappy with the stripiness of my bangs. When I let them know, they attempted to gaslight me by declaring that there was no stripiness, and that the reference images had clearly been photoshopped. They ultimately agreed that they could see it too, but had run out of time to fix it. They downplayed this, and offered a passive aggressive comment intended to make me feel like I was being difficult. Ultimately, although I appreciate that they tried, I would not recommend this team due to their poor attitude and lack of willingness to communicate or acknowledge their customers feelings.
