1 /5 Juan Lee: Am very disappointed with the answer given to me by the manager george for a medication which i wanted to return as the expiry date was less than a year. A medication which i expect to have a longer expiry as this medication only use during emergency or when needed unlike the daily intake medication. His explanation was he cant take it back as he cant put it back and sell as the packing was written with words on it. I certainly hope the health minister dept should impose strict rules and regulations with regards pharmacist dispensing nearing expiry medication. customer should allowed to return those medication at pharmacys cost. i feel that chemist warehouse are not honest and they always dispense away those medication near expiry or those medication with short shelf life span from my past experiences.

5 /5 yohan francke: I visited this chemist with my partner on Saturday and I had the best customer experience.. the young Indian girl with the Diwali print on her hand went above and beyond to help us with the right product we wanted.. she helped us alot with finding the right product we needed... I dont no her name but me & my partner would like to say thank you to that girl for giving us the best customer experience!!

1 /5 Brett Lewis: So understaffed in the prescription area. 1 person trying to serve 10 people. Its the norm now and it should be addressed. The wait times are not ok. They really should tell us how long it will take so we can go back later.
