Munise H. Bozkurt I have had laser hair removal at other clinics for over 10 years and can say the best results have been through the lovely staff at New Look! I also love the way they do laser hair removal as the pain is non-existant. I have also had multiple bio facials and no other procedure has EVER come close. My skin is glowing, radiant and blemish free, it even helped get rid of some deep acne scars I had from years ago.

Phoebe Hollie is the best brow and lash woman in the business! Not only is she an absolute sweetheart and a pleasure to be around, I have never received more compliments on my lashes and brows than when Hollie has worked her magic! She is incredible at understanding and delivering the type of look that I like. I drive from the other side of Melbourne to see her because she is so worth it. I even got a compliment from Heidi Klum on my brows when I was overseas so cannot think of any more lovely words to say about her work!

Emerald Menor As someone who has had a few lash lifts and various experiences with people being around my face with makeup and other things, I can honestly say that my experience with Virginia was and always has been amazing. It’s really amazing to be around someone who is not only passionate but extremely good at what she does. My lashes looked so good that it’s fuelled my addiction to having them done. I just wanna come back again and again. I first had a classic natural set done which really looked so natural. I had people questioning whether my lashes were real or not. But now, I’m addicted to the hybrid set (perfect for those who want volume but not moth wings) I also cannot express enough how incredible the service is with Virginia. She really does everything to make sure you’re comfortable at every stage. For anyone who has every hesitated to get your lashes done, I highly recommend Virginia and I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

chrystal benson Don’t listen to the bad reviews because I had a great experience, I absolutely love my nails, they were great and gentle with removing my old acrylics. My new set are so smooth and I love the shape and seats are actually comfortable!

Nancy Dang I saw Vivian at Blaec Ink after being insecure about my lip size and paleness for as long as I can remember - and let me say, she absolutely obliterated my insecurity with her work. I came into the consultation not knowing the exact colour I wanted, but her professionalism and experience led us to the perfect shade. She was well versed with her knowledge, walking me through every step of the way to ensure I knew what was happening whilst my eyes were closed. I was afraid the colour would be too bright and pink, so I voiced my concerns - Vivian took this seriously and the result was absolutely flawless and the exact colour I had envisioned in my head (as I didn’t know how to describe what I wanted). You can really see that she loves what she does. The rapport she built with me to ensure I was comfortable throughout the whole session was unmatched. I highly recommend seeing Vivian for any cosmetic tattooing, sincerely a master of her work.

Jeena S Fantastic lashes from Bree and it stood the test of extreme humidity and wind during my travels thanks to her lash glue and delicate work! I didn’t have do any eye makeup at all and she helped brighten my brown eyes naturally! (I had folks asking what mascara I was wearing!)
