1 /5 Amanda: I have been a customer of Claudia’s Nail Bar for 18 months. Initially they were great but over the last six months they have become increasingly popular. During this time the quality has also declined significantly. My latest SNS application lasted 1 week and the technician accidentally cut my fingers causing pain for days. I returned to the store to fix my SNS application and booked an appointment. However, I waited over an hour for literally nothing (I gave up!). During this time I had to take off the remaining SNS myself whilst I waited. Zero communication during this time . Zero customer service. Will not be returning. —————————————————- Thanks for the feedback below but your recollection of events is not accurate and incorrectly outlines what actually happened (happy to supply witnesses if you require). I was told where to sit, went to the toilet and came back to a bowl of hot remover. No one was there when I returned and there was no communication whatsoever. I just did it all myself. There was no guidance. No discussion. Nothing. Feel free to ask your other customers at the time. The tech then spent max 2 minutes removing a small amount of SNS left, and then moved on to another customer. Again zero communication. When I booked the appointment I clearly stated what was required. I was at your salon 10 days ago, and had SNS nail colour applied to my finger nails and normal polish to my toes. All I requested was for your salon to re apply SNS in the colour you provided 10 days ago. You didn’t provide “extra time” for me to select a colour - your staff just moved on to other customers without any communication whatsoever. Why book an appointment when you have to wait an hour and a walk in is attended to at the same time? (but I had the pleasure of waiting an hour beforehand). The times quoted above are the times I had to wait for my service, and do not include waiting for my daughter’s service to end. Please get your facts straight and do not distort what actually happened (again happy to provide witnesses). Incredibly disappointing that you won’t listen to your customer’s feedback.
