When I asked if we could arrive later at the clinic since we were driving two hours, she responded with calmness and understanding. Her kindness made the experience much easier for us. The clinic itself is impressive, equipped with modern tools and complete equipment that create a professional and welcoming environment. I was particularly impressed by how hands-on Cynthia was in guiding the students as they worked on my eyebrows.
