The new owners, Rav & Bec, have started a fantastic new chapter for this gym! They’re incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely care about creating a motivating and inclusive environment for everyone — no matter your fitness level. You can really feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. The studio is clean, the coaches are great and the equipment is well-maintained. Couldnt recommend this place more!

Michael Huang I can’t speak highly enough of Burnside Bootcamp! Every session is different, challenging, and fun. The coach’s do an amazing job at pushing you while keeping it positive and encouraging. The group vibe is awesome, everyone supports each other, no matter their fitness level. I’ve noticed a big boost in my energy, strength, and motivation since joining. If you’re thinking about it, just do it, you won’t regret it!

The Fit Station Caroline Springs - VIC

Jessica Taylor The Fit Station is a great training facility with a great variety of classes for all strength and fitness levels. The trainers are extremely caring and helpful and genuinely care about your over all health. Encouraging each other to eat well and move your body is their main focus and goal. I feel as a mum of two young children the Fit Station is a place I can go with like minded people and workout at my pace, have great uplifting conversations and leave feeling better than I arrived. I would like to thank Sarah, Kelly, Kat & Nicole for the great workouts and support you have offered especially when having injuries but still wanting to move and recover as well as possible. I also would like to add the fact that I have the choice to bring my kids if required is a huge bonus and I am so glad I can show my children the importance of fitness from such a young age.
