It was disappointing to find other stores didn’t have the attention to detail or the friendly welcoming customer service as provided at epping. I did make a couple of long journeys back as I find their services to be carried out in a much higher standard quality. Morgan Fitzsimmons Got my nails done on 28/02 and three fell off in first 24 hours. Considering how much I spent on them I’m very disappointed in the quality. It’s now the 6/3 and 5 nails have come off!!

Ghazal Ghaed Rahmati I visited the salon on Thursday at 7:30 PM for a full acrylic set with French tips, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed with the service I received. The entire process felt rushed from start to finish, and it really showed in the final result. Each nail is a noticeably different shape, parts of the top coat have already chipped, and one of the nails has completely fallen off—despite it not even being a week since the appointment. What was also concerning was that the staff member who did my nails left immediately after I paid, literally running out to Coles. It gave the impression that finishing my appointment quickly was more important than the quality of the work. I expected much better professionalism and care, especially for a service I was paying for. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. The studio was clean, relaxing, and had a calming atmosphere. She was incredibly professional and skilled. She made sure to explain every step of the process and took great care to ensure I was comfortable throughout. The body wax was thorough but gentle, and my skin felt smooth and soft afterward. As for my eyebrows—WOW! She shaped them perfectly, taking the time to listen to exactly how I wanted them done, and the result was flawless. The attention to detail and level of care were exceptional, and I appreciated how hygienic and precise everything was. I’m beyond thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back for regular appointments. Shobika Sabashan I’m very glad I have chosen EPIness studio for my electrolysis treatments. I have been coming to this studio for over two years now. Angie, the lovely Electrologist, is very supportive and, most importantly, has been honest throughout the journey. She set realistic expectations from day one regarding the time frame and discomfort/pain that may be experienced. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she welcomes and treats her clients in the comfort of her home, like were her friends and family. For anyone who is looking for an Electrologist, I would recommend Angie in a heart beat!

Joyce Toledo I came in to see Sabreenah for a simple haircut, and she was so good that I ended up booking a follow-up appointment on the spot for foils and a treatment. She’s incredibly talented, professional, and really takes the time to understand what your needs are. I was so impressed that I brought my daughter in for a haircut too—and she absolutely loved the result. Sabreenah is just fabulous! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing hairdresser!
