From routine cleanings to more involved procedures, she always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the process. From the moment you step into his practice in Balwyn, youre met with professionalism and warmth. I cannot recommend Dr. Chen highly enough. If you find yourself in need of implant dentistry, he is the absolute best choice. Despite the waiting lists, I assure you, the wait is worth it. Dr. Chens dedication to his craft and his patients is evident in every aspect of his practice. Dont hesitate to entrust your dental health to Dr. Stephen Chen. You wont be disappointed.

Frankie Palmer Dr Calis is absolutely brilliant! I’ve had more dental experience than most. Best ever needles and I thought my previous experiences couldn’t be beaten. Extremely gentle ie doesn’t pull or hurt on the side of your mouth. Teeth extractions are great. Breaks each tooth into 4 pieces then they literally fall out! So gentle and thoughtful. His communication is great. Walks you through each step. I’m so very glad to be lucky enough to have had Shane and his awesome team do two implants! If you need implants, Dr Calis is amazing.

Irene L Excellent surgery with great staff. Dr Yip was very informative throughout my implant procedure, his plan was made very clear to me from my initial consultation. Effie , Deb and the girls were there to answer any other questions I may have had. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone needing a dental implant procedure.

Siu Yin Lee I got to recommend to visit a local general dentist nearby from my another dentist specialist. When you walk into the clinic it is very neat, fresh and modern, and Dr Yi Chen is very nice and friendly. During my first visit Dr Yi Chen and her team gave me a long full service with review, she is very patience, she can speak fluent English and Mandarin, which helped me understand more clearly. You don’t feel rushed and pushed, she will answer all your questions. I think my first appointment nearly was 2 hours and with the general cleaning as well because their clinic newly opened so have a big promotion and at the end the only money out of my pocket is $49 after insurance claim. Very cheap and reasonable. She can see what will happen to your teeth in the future and she will do the possible work to prevent it getting worse and to prevent costing you more in the future, which is very responsible for her job. After my first visit I accepted her advice to fill up my another 2 teeth, every time she is very patience to explain to me before we go ahead and after that, I moved my 2 kids to do their local general Dentist with Dr Yi Chen. She is very careful with children as she pulled out my daughter’s baby teeth and my daughter did not feel much and did not cry at all, if you want a trustable local dentist, she is very skilful, patience and friendly, and her price is very reasonable with her skill full technique. I would highly recommend Dr Yi Chen to be your local dentist.

Thalía Ä I travel far to see Dr N. Kataria, but she is worth it. Very gentle, professional, respectful, takes her time to explain the proposed plan and treatment. Im very happy with the care that ive received. Staff and nurses are also excellent! I highly recommend, thank you Dr :)
