Huong Truong Shopped around a fair bit as braces are a long term and expensive venture. We went with Dr Shelley and her friendly team because they are really experienced and so well organised. Also, Western Ortho were the most affordable (out of 5 quotes), and explained everything to us about what treatments entailed and how to get the best out of our orthodontics. The advice we got from 5 different local orthos varied - with one recommending jaw surgery (! even though it’s totally unnecessary in our case!) Both kids have braces, and with visits every 6 weeks. If we have any issues in between, Dr Shelley and team are super responsive and ready to help. Highly recommend Dr Shelley and the Western Ortho team!
