Green Feline I have been going to Kiran for more than 15 years and I have never had a bad experience. Kiran is extremely gentle, calm and reassuring. The place is immaculate and he explains everything he is going to do before he does it. He stops if I move slightly to ask if I am ok and if I am feeling any pain. I have had many procedures done including major dental and I can honestly say not once have I felt any pain. Even when Kiran uses the injection to numb the tooth it does not hurt. When I was living in NSW for 3 years I saw a couple of different dentists and had terrible experiences with them. Thats when I realised that all dentists were not created equal!! Kiran had to fix a botched job I had done whilst in NSW (the original job cost me a fortune) and it would have been cheaper to fly back to Melb and have Kiran fix it in hindsight. All of my family see Kiran and I recommend him to anyone that needs a good dentist! I cant recommend this dentist highly enough.

Sharon T Dr Peter is a great dentist. He is very kind and caring and addresses all my questions and concerns with patience. I get quite nervous seeing the dentist but Dr Peter makes me feel very comfortable in the chair.

Travis Kemp I have been coming to SmileWorks for close to 10 years and my anxiety towards dentistry subsides every time. Dr Ayesha is simply amazing as she is so empathetic and patience, she is also an amazing dentist. Her support team, in particular Sharon is simply fantastic at what she does and her customer service is second to none. The whole team is just fantastic!!

Cassandra Caruana Ive had an amazing experience with the team at Urban Smile. From the first phone call I had with Anita about my teeth concerns to now starting my aligners I have felt at ease. Maheen and Hayley have also been very supportive through my journey. Lia On Saturday i went in as a first time patient with a broken wisdom tooth that needed emergency extraction. From the receptionist on the phone when i booked the appointment, to the staff on the day every person was excellent. I am not a fan of the dentist in general but Dr Drew and the team made me feel calm and gave excellent care. I have already booked in an appointment for my 6 month check up. Thank you Dr Drew, nurse Natalie and the reception team Krysten and Nibrar.
