From the very first consultation, they took the time to accurately assess my skin type and tone to ensure the best settings for optimal results, even though I had been doing treatments at another clinic for two years. 5 /5 Ansel: Not your average massage place! Came in for a 60 minute Muscle Ease service, but was surprised by the atmosphere, attention to detail, and inclusions. The vibe is great before you even open the door, but I was lead to a private change and locker room and provided a gown, and had the tea room to myself to sit down, have a cuppa and meditate. Service from Val was excellent, consent forward, great communication, head to toe. When I say ambience, I mean ambience. Candles, chill tunes, scents, and straight up vibes. Fellas, do yourself a favour and take a self-care day. Men deserve to be pampered too. -Lane

Sitting in the tea room relaxing before treatments is one of my favourite parts. I have always enjoyed the services and the warm welcome from staff. I am 5 sessions in to my laser hair removal and really happy with the results so far. I highly recommend Spa Nirvana!
