2 /5 Rachael Harrington: Disappointed that they were unable to be flexible with appointments. I arranged to leave work early in order to get an appointment, and took toll roads to get there as fast as I could. The traffic was bad, so I called about 20-30 mins before my appointment to say I was running late. I got a call back to say not to bother coming if I was going to be more than 10 mins late as that would not be enough time to do my eyebrows before they closed. I explained that I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and there was no other appointments times I could book before the wedding. I was told to have another look. I then received an email to say I was a no show even though I called in advance to let them know, and that I would need to pay another 14 dollars before I could make another booking. I have since booked elsewhere after this disappointing customer service.

5 /5 rosina prestia: Love love love. I have problems with having my skin around my eyebrows ripped off and at this place it was painless with no injury!! Looking forward to my next appointment to get the full eyebrow makeover!
