I went in thinking I needed natural lash extensions, but she recommended a keratin lash lift instead since my lashes are already long and WOW, em was right. I’ve never been loved with my lashes before, they feel soft, healthy, and lifted. The whole process was super relaxing, and Em was so kind and honest. She explained why the lash lift was the better choice for me without pushing anything, which I really appreciated. I’m so glad I trusted her advice. Insanely impressive technique, a gentle touch, and there is never any stinging or burning. Her studio is so cosy and clean, plus she always has yummy snacks on hand. She’s honestly the sweetest person ever and is so, so skilled—her sets are incomparable!!!

I’m someone who likes to get her lashes done daily, been to a few salons which did not suit me but this one.. I’d like to say I found my favourite lash place since and I have absolute no regrets. Em is such a lovely and talented person. She was super through in explaining everything - what to expect, what can happen, and how to care for them after the fact. She is SO sweet, professional, and really shows attention to detail. She customises your lashes to suit you and isn’t afraid to let you know if something won’t fit you; there’s lash artists out there who will take your money happily and not care how you look or if your lashes are strong enough. Coming to Em is therapeutic for me because it’s a guarantee I’m going to come out feeling beautiful. I always get compliments on my lashes because of her, which is why I travel to come see her since I moved far away.
