5 /5 Kaitlin Murphy: I did the Rest & Restore massage last week, and had Maddy as my therapist. The massage is super relaxing, I felt so good after it! Maddy was such a lovely therapist and so sweet! My cup felt full after this visit.

1 /5 Dani Raulli: Today I had booked in for what I thought was a double massage in a double room with my husband. This is what I had originally booked in for three weeks ago when our appointment was canceled last minute due to apparently not having enough therapist on for that day. We arrived today & my husband & I were both taken to separate rooms, when I asked why we were not together I was told the room was booked by someone else even though I had originally booked it. I then taken into a serate room that had windows surrounding it with just pull down blinds which were not block out at all. The room was lit up like a Xmas tree but the icing on the cake was the fact that I could hear all the noise from the cafe or restaurant next door. I spent the next hour listening to people laughing & being so rowdy, glasses & plates banging which was not at all relaxing. At one stage I couldn’t hear the music that was playing in the background! This was by far the worst experience I have had & I’ve had plenty of massages. To top it off being a Sunday you pay extra for any service! I will never return to this store & the receptionist didn’t even have the decency to ask how we we went, clearly they don’t care. Do yourself a favour & stay well away from this place. PS the one star is purely due to the fact I couldn’t leave this review without giving them the one, but I would give them a big fat ZERO star.

5 /5 Areti Stevens: Endogamy in Armadale is stunning. I felt like I was at a retreat and treated like it. I was greeted with a smile.I had a remedial massage with Kat. Kat was amazing kind felt at ease with her and worked on my trouble spots. I will always go back to Kat. I left feeling amazing

5 /5 Ruth Li: If you’re in dire need of a massage, then there’s no better place to get one than Willow Urban Retreat. Upon walking in, you’re immediately transformed into a relaxing retreat space, completely leaving the busy high street atmosphere behind you. From the smells and decor to the lighting and colour scheme, this place instantly makes you feel good. After checking in, the staff take you upstairs to the waiting room and you’re offered some warm fruity tea and water while you wait. I didn’t have to wait long before my therapist, Kat greeted me to take me into the room. I have searched high and low for a place that can deliver firm massages that will not only relax me, but also bring relief to a lot of my tense and achy muscles. Let me tell you, Kat delivered that. She was knowledgeable, skilled and such a lovely person throughout the entire experience. I walked out of there with months of tension released and my head feeling light as a feather. I cannot wait to go back and I’m definitely requesting Kat again! Kat, if you read this, thank you for such an amazing service and for all the advice you gave me!

5 /5 Severine Josey: I had an amazing 60mims massage with (I can’t remember her name) but it might of been Lydia, Liana? Either way she was lovely and gave me a fantastic massage. It was the most relaxed I have felt in a very long time. The rest of the team were equally as lovely and extremely welcoming. Looking forward to going back soon!
