Radhika I’ve been going to Innovate Hair & Beauty since a year now and it’s safe to say that this is the best place in Vic for the best services. The services I always get done are - Eyebrows, full body waxing & haircut. The owner of this place is absolutely amazing & her skills are incredible. I bought shampoo, conditioner & hair treatments from her & they really changed my hair game. My hair haven’t been this good my entire life.

Her studio was clean and well presented, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend coming here if you’re after a head spa treatment :)

Debra Ferguson Lucy is the best I have been to many nail salons over the years. And by far this was my best ever experience. She listen to what I wanted and did them exactly as I asked. There is no grooves or unevenness in the acrylic. Takes her time and does them properly. I will definitely be coming back. Thankyou LUCY!!

Anu Bhatiya I had an absolutely horrendous experience. The staff was incredibly rude, and their behavior was unacceptable. I will never return to this place. Even my nails are not equal one hand nails is different than other. Such a stupid service, she just tried to finish for me quickly. Wastage of money and time. I wish if I could give ZERO start.
