5 /5 RM Foord: First thing you should know is this is not just another brow studio. This is completely next level and so happy I found Penny. Long story short, took my mom for new brows after chemo thinned not just her hair but caused permanent brow loss (This was post treatment and 3 years recovery so no health or parents were harmed for this review). The communication beforehand was exceptional, the pricing was thoroughly explained at each stage, the after care package would make spas blush and oh my, the studio was a quiet tranquil oasis. I wanted to live there. The brows looked naturally beautiful and was the lift my mom needed. Penny rocks.

Ive been wanting to do something about my disappearing eyebrows for years (over plucked in the 90s thanks to the style set by Pamela Anderson and now greying in my dotage) but had seen a lot of eyebrow tattoos that were well short of natural. Im pleased to say that after finding Penny and seeing the photos on her website I knew I had finally found the person who was going to help me to achieve my dream eyebrows. The results are incredible. I have had so many people comment on my natural looking brows which Penny tattooed. The process was extremely relaxing to the point that I fell asleep three times!! Im very impressed with how Penny has set up her business. Her approach is professional, relaxing and extremely client focused. (No interruptions during my appointments) I love that Penny has chosen to use natural, cruelty free products, not surprising as shes so lovely.
